Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where approved by Element Agri LP, products may be returned provided they:

  • Are unopened and unused.
  • Remain in their original packaging.
  • Are in resalable condition.
  • Are returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs of the product and packaging.
  3. Retain all packaging until the claim is assessed.

We may arrange replacement, refund or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Original freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of agricultural products, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unopened products returned in saleable condition.

Product Performance

Agricultural and livestock outcomes are influenced by numerous factors outside our control.

Accordingly, refunds will not be provided solely because a product did not achieve a particular production, pasture, crop or livestock outcome.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
